Pictures of the New Fiat Palio ‘Stile’

I happened to get my hands on some spy pictures of the Fiat’s new Palio ‘Stile’, which is due a launch soon, here are they.

Palio Rear

Palio Interiors

Palio - Spied

I got these pics from a forum, Team-BHP.com, and was posted by a user called ‘ShineShine’; the spy picture of the car in the middle of the traffic was uploaded by another user with a name ‘GTO’. Thanks a lot, friends.

Well, my immediate reaction to this was that the headlamps have been changed, and the rear tail lamps have been too. The car, with fresher looks, appears more bulbous than the present one, because of the redisigned body. The interiors have been revamped too, and have some beige colored, leather elements coming in, which gives it an up market look, but is an Indian edition, thats because the International editions of this car, has better interiors than this, and has a lot of gadgetry included which has been shelved off for India, probably to keep the costs low.

If you notice the rear, then you will find the word ‘Stile’ written, which I have learnt from the same forum that it means ‘Style’ in Italian.

The car is likely to be sold through Tata Fiat dealerships, other than the existing Fiat dealer network. Other than this, Fiat has cars like the Grande Punto and the Fiat Linea lined up for the Indian market, as a part of a revamp, wherein it had seen red account books.

I hope that Fiat, gets the marketing right this time, and also has better services, owing to the alliance with Tata, because I don’t think that they are bad car makers, they certainly aren’t, but they haven’t been able to get their marketing right.

Good luck Italians!
