Gosh, it’s been more than a month now that I had last written my post on my blog, and I had already informed you guys with that. Well, I am now working for a company in a city that boasts about the Auto treasure it has got. Hell lot of Automotive companies out here, and would find one after another, all major players out here.
With all the moving done, except my PC which may arrive anytime soon, I am blogging from an undisclosed place, be it a cyber café or a friends pc or a laptop or office. Did I say office? I am supposed to work over here, and all blog sites such as Word press etc is blocked here, and thus when I showed my site to a colleague of mine, I was surprised to find it sans the beautiful theme I have selected, and no pics shown as Flickr is also blocked. So at least this forces me to think of a possible shift to my own site. That’s sometime later to ponder about.
So then what’s happened in the time that I was on a trip away from blogosphere (but of course connected)? You all would know it, but here are some things that could have features on Stay Undefined.
Firstly, Yamaha brings in the big daddy of bikes to India, the R1 and the MT01, coming as CBUs they come with a huge price tag. All you need is a rich dad, a personal petrol pump and a bunch of good roads to drive them on. Of course we needed big bikes, and as Rearset says, we didn’t need that big ones. I would have been happy with a smaller 400-600 cc bike, which could have been manufactured or assembled here and then reduce costs by virtue of localization. That’s a diff story altogether, but now all those who can place their ass over these bikes, enjoy.
Then you had Mahindra launching a new version of Scorpio, with similar bodyworks, but a new 2.2L engine, and called the M-Hawk. No prizes for guessing that this car pits against the 2.2L Safari Dicor, and comes with many goodies and benefits. Visit their site for more details, can list them all here.
Other smaller launches/offers etc don’t make it to my blog, and if I missed out on any potential stories I shall bring them up later.
Signing off on this return to blogosphere post,
Cheers.
And yea, Stay Undefined.
